Arrival at Ivato international airport , welcome and assistance and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in BB at your hotel
In the morning departure to explore Antsiraka region. A short stop at Marozevo then a visit to the reserve “Peyrieras” or “EXOTIC MADAGASCAR”, a subject not to be missed with a large number of reptiles such as chamaleons,crocodiles and snakes, as well as significant species of butterflies and insects. Discovery of the “Museum of Gendarmerie” and its relics of the past. Continuation to Andasibe and visit to the private reserve of Vakona to see the famous “Cryptocropta ferox” or “fosa”, birds etc.. First approach with the cool lemurs. Overnight in BB at the hotel.
Day devoted to the visit to the Analamazaotra National Park to discover, among others, the biggest species of lemurs, the Indri Indri or “Babakoto”.A lush tropical forest housing a multitude of species of birds, anphibians and reptiles. It also has a great variety of endemic flora, such as Ravinala, “the traveller’s tree”, the “Vakona” and more than 100 species of orchids. Overnight in BB your hotel
Departure from the hotel at 08.00 am, after the early breakfast, departure for Brickaville where you will embark for the descent of the Rianila river. Stopover of the boat at Satakoly, a typical betsimisaraka village with its stilts huts, visit of a craft factory of « betsabetsa », the local mead.
During the navigation, meeting with the different boats, transport of passengers and goods which cross this part of the river which leads to the Pangalanes canal. Picnic lunch. Before crossing the village of Ambila by the « river avenue », stop at a niaouli oil distillery. Arrival at Lake Rasoabe and ww will reach Manambato in late afternoon.

Departure from the hotel at 08:30, breakfast at the hotel and boarding for a pirogue, sailing along the Pangalanes chanel. After an hour of navigation, we reach Akanin’ny Nofy. Stop to visit the private reserve Le Palmarium which is home to many varieties of palm trees, orchids, and a dozen species of lemurs … Picnic lunch during sailing, back to the middle of the afternoon. Breakfast at the hotel. Discovery of the Palmarium reserve: many species of lemurs, including the famous « indri-indri », the biggest of all.
Departure by motor dugout equipped with a canopy for the village of Ampanitoamaizina (Betsimisaraka fishing village) a peace of land which separate the Pangalanes from the Indian Ocean. Visit of the distillery (essential oils, niaouli, cinnamon,…) and the village’s school (possibility to make donations).
Sailing towards Tamatave, with a motorized dugout canoe. Picnic stop on a white sand beach on the edge of the Pangalanes Canal. Arrival at the end of the afternoon at jetty of Tamatave and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in BB
Breakfast at the hotel, and road to the port of embarkation of Mahambo.
Sailing by speedboat to the island of Sainte Marie. Once known as a pirate’s hideout, this island is now famous for its white sandy beaches, its turquoise lagoon, the languorous life that reigns there and its exemplary cleanliness. Transfer to the hotel and overnight in BB

Beach stay at Sainte Marie or “Nosy Boraha”: the garden island, old hiding place for pirates. Sainte Marie island offers one of the most fascinating spectacle of nature during the passage of hunchback whales or “Megaptera novaeangliae” to give birth from June to September. Here are some possible excursions organized by the hotel:
• Excursion by boat or canoe to l’Ile aux Nattes in the extreme north, a huge coral lagoon ideal for practising snorkeling and performing beautiful dives.
• Visit the capital Ambodifoatra , the church of Santa Maria, built in 1859, the first Catholic church in Madgascar and Port Barachois.
• Ilot Madame, the causeway linking Ambodifotatra to Belle Vue and the pirates graveyards, located at the southern extremity of the causeway itself.
• North circuit: the sacred pool. and the bay
• WHALES PASSAGE (June –September) the island of Sainte Marie is a favourite place for hunchback whales. It is an area for reproduction, birth and rearing.These whales are marine mammals that breathe air. Whales migrating to the island of Sainte Marie leave Antarctica in late April and arrive at destination in early June. Then they leave in early September.

Breakfast at the hotel. City tour of the capital the upper town, the administrative district, the souvenir market made in Madagascar. According the flight details, transfer to International Airport and flight back
